Skilled Nursing Services
Skilled Nursing Services will be provided to those individuals who are in a personal care home and/or is currently receiving care from the home health care agency.
A Licensed Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse will follow and be under the direct supervision of the individual’s plan of care.
Such services will be provided in accordance with the scope of nursing services and will include the following:
- Regular Assessment
- Providing Services As Needed Per Plan Of Care
- Monitoring Medication Regime
- Respiratory (Ventilator, Trach, Suctioning)
- Wound Care
- Catheter/Ostomy Care
- IV Therapy
- Client & Family Teaching
- Monitoring and supervising the care of those members whose health status and situation involve complex observations
- Private Duty
